Falmouth Oyster Festival organisers are extremely pleased to confirm St Michael’s Hotel and Spa is once again the headline sponsor of the 2016 festival, which takes place from 13th to 16th October.

St Michael’s Hotel and Spa will run the Oyster and Seafood Bar in the main marquee offering a range of locally sourced seafood dishes and freshly shucked oysters for visitors to the festival. Their chef will also be sharing their culinary secrets and love of Cornish seafood and fresh produce at Saturday afternoon’s chef demonstration.
