Important information to note when applying for a stall:

• You are applying to trade in the Arts, Crafts and Produce Marquee for 4 days. 2024 Dates TBA.
• Due to the high volume of applicants, preference is given to Cornish producers. To maintain a fair balance of participation, we retain the right to refuse applications. Either way, you will be notified whether or not your application has been approved. Therefore, please do not send any payment until your application has been confirmed and you have received our invoice.
• Upon approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure your pitch. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days we are unable to hold your pitch and it may be sold to another trader.
• The remaining balance must be paid by 3 weeks before the start of the festival.
